2010 Permits

Re-registration and/or permitting of all dogs is required by April 1, 2010.  Permit applications may be obtained at the Township Office located at 1115 Warner Avenue, or through the link below.  Applications may be mailed to the Township Office, along with required proof of shots (copy of Veterinarian documentation) and appropriate fee.

Annual fees are $20 for residents, and $30 for non-residents, payable to Lemont Township

The purpose of this registration is to offset the maintenance costs and to protect the users of the park, as they will be required to show current proof of shots for their dogs at the time of registration.
