COOK COUNTY 2010 VEHICLE STICKERS

 

2010 Vehicle Stickers are now available at the Lemont Township Office, 1115 Warner Avenue, Lemont, IL

If you live, or own a business, and keep a vehicle in unincorporated Cook County, you are required to purchase a Cook County Vehicle Sticker.   2010 Cook County Vehicle Stickers must be displayed by

July 1, 2010. 

Penalty fees will apply thereafter.

***New residents of unincorporated Lemont are required to purchase a Cook County vehicle sticker within 60 days of occupancy.  (Proof of occupancy, i.e. closing papers, lease contract required.)

 If you purchase a new (or used) vehicle and reside in unincorporated Lemont, a Cook County vehicle sticker is required within 30 days of purchase. (Copy of receipt required.) Please call 630-257-2522 for more information.

CEDA will be taking applications for low income Seniors & Disabled Persons on Thursday, July 22, 2010, from 9 am to 4 pm.

SENIOR EXEMPTIONS now is the time for seniors who were born in 1944 or before to fill out their Senior Freeze Forms.  These forms are automatically mailed to those who received the exemption in prior years.  If you turned 65 last year and need to file for the exemption contact the Lemont Township Assessor.
